Sealed bids will be received by the Fiscal Officer of the Dover Public Library at 525 N. Walnut Street, Dover, OH 44622, until 12:00 PM on Wednesday, May 13 for furnishing all labor and material necessary for the REPLACEMENT OF THE LIBRARY’S HVAC SYSTEM. This posting is in accordance with Dover Public Library policies and procedures and all applicable State and Local laws. The Library reserves the right to waive irregularities and to reject any or all bids.
