The Dover Public Library Endowment Fund was established in 2026 to create a sustainable alternative funding stream for the Library and to enable individuals, businesses, and corporations with an effective tax-saving way to invest in the future of the Library. Managed by the Tuscarawas County Community Foundation, the Endowment Fund provides income for the Library that can be distributed annually, while preserving the principal in perpetuity for future generations. Funds generated by the Endowment Fund are supplemental and are not intended to replace tax revenue but to enhance library collections, programs, services, and facilities. Your gift to the Dover Public Library Endowment Fund helps keep the Dover Public Library strong by providing the support necessary to meet the library’s ever-changing needs. With your help we can create an enduring legacy for the betterment of both the Library and the community. Thank you for your belief in what we do!
