Keep that New Year’s resolution in 2013! This six-week program will help you establish life-long eating and activity habits. Presented by Ohio State University Extension registered dieticians, Christine Kendle and Linda Krupa, and Super Fitness program director Karen Rambach. The $15 fee for the series will cover a Healthy Habits for Life guidebook. A healthy snack will be provided each week. Call 330-343-6123 to register.
