9th Annual Community Summer Walking Challenge

May 1 to August 1

Get moving this summer by participating in the 2013 Community Summer Walking Challenge. Those who complete the program will receive a free t-shirt. This year's theme, "Tusc County Walks Through Time," will encourage the community to explore and learn more about Tuscarawas County's historical treasures while keeping fit.

The Tuscarawas County Literacy Coalition will host a Spring Cleaning Shred Event with Go Shred Secure Document Destruction on Saturday, June 15 from 10:00 AM-12 Noon in the parking lot of the Tuscarawas County Public Library in New Philadelphia. There is no charge for the event; however free-will donations, to benefit Tuscarawas County’s One Book, One Community project, are encouraged and will be accepted during the rain or shine event.
